 01/31/2007 Illinois Auction Workshops: February 2 and 15
On December 20, 2006, the Illinois Commerce Commission initiated a proceeding (Docket 06-0800) to review the Illinois Auction process and to determine whether any changes should be implemented prior to the next auction scheduled to take place in January 2008. At a status hearing held on January 23, 2007, the parties agreed to participate in workshops on February 2 and 15, 2007. ICC Staff will prepare agendas and preside over the workshops.
The workshop of February 2, 2007 is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. and to conclude by 4:00 p.m. CPT. The workshop will be held at the offices of Foley & Lardner LLP: 321 North Clark St. 28th Floor Chicago, IL. If you plan on attending, please send an e-mail to Kathy Covert (kcovert@foley.com) before 5:00 p.m. Thursday, February 1. If more than one person is attending on behalf of your organization, a single e-mail identifying the names of all attendees will be sufficient |
